Dakota Shull did a masterful job of servicing my gas log fireplace and installing a new fireplace door. A mismatch with the manufacturer supplied mounting bracket and the lentil location in our fireplace required an inventive adjustment to the installation procedure, which Dakota provided on-the-spot without causing any delay or compromising the quality of the installation. I highly recommend Home Safe in general and Dakota Shull in particular for all of your fireplace needs.

Micheal from Home Safe came and inspected our wood stove and cleaned the chimney. He was very thorough and answered all questions I had. He did an excellent job! Highly recommend Home Safe for your chimney and fireplace work.

Dennis did an excellent job. I was hesitant to use this service because the last time was poor. But this time was great, Dennis made it all the way to the top of my flue even going past a tight elbow. The glass is remarkably clean and shiny. He did everything I needed. I feel safe now. Dakota was super knowledgeable and was able to convert my gas logs to a remote. So efficient and neat, not a drop of dirt or dust anywhere after he left. First night I used the remote I thought I smelled something odd so I reached out and he told me how to shut the gas off. He came this morning and checked for gas leaks and to confirm the chimney flue was clear and explained what probably caused the smell. There are so many good things. I got several reminders of the date and time, then the day of, I got a message stating who would come. This is great for security reasons. They did a wonderful job, showed me why there might be a need for replacement of parts in the future, and made the fireplace look new again. They brought supplies to protect my carpet and didn't make any mess. Very happy with the service and the care to detail they provided.

We've been meaning to get this service done for some time and my wife looked at reviews and picked this company. I can see why they're all so great! Our tech, Dennis, was amazing.
