Some Appointment Tips

  • Scheduling – Spring and summer are the best seasons for scheduled annual maintenance. For the quickest possible service, we ask that you try and plan accordingly.
  • Prep – In preparation for your appointment, we ask that you protect our technicians and your belongings by:
    • Ridding the ashbox of ashes
    • Removing belongings from the area being serviced; we need a minimum area of 8’x8′ in front of the appliance
    • Refrain from using the appliance being serviced for 24 hours prior to your appointment for gas and pellet appliances and 48 hours for wood- burning appliances
  • Arrival – An average day for our technicians includes morning and afternoon stops, with others possible in between depending on workload.

However, we do ask that allow us a 1 hour grace period. Although we recognize the value of your time and pride ourselves on being punctual, we sometimes experience unexpected delays. In the event that we are running late, we make it a priority to contact you so that you aren’t left in the dark. Providing us with the best number where you can be reached will help us keep you informed.
