OFFICE & SHOWROOM

Customer Service Representative – (CSR-1)

Position Type:  Full Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation:  $31,200 – $37,440 Base Wage to Start, DOE + Commission + Benefits Package.

Required Education:  High School Diploma – College or Trade School is preferred.

Experience Required:

  • 2 Years Prior Experience with Inbound and Outbound Appointment Setting
  • 2 Years Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Office Word, Excel, etc.
  • 50 wpm Typing minimum
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail

Required License or Certification:  Valid Driver’s License w/No Major or Unreconciled Violations

Days/Hours Required: Monday-Friday 8 am 5 pm; Saturdays as required.  Overtime as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Inbound Telephone Calls and Schedule Appointments
  • Outbound Calls to Existing Client Base to Schedule Appointments
  • Showroom Sales Assistance
  • Data Management Activities

Sales

Position Type:  Full Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation:  Base + Commission + Benefits Package

Required Education:  College or Trade School is preferred.

Experience Required:  2 years Construction/Home Improvement Sales Minimum, Verifiable

Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License w/No Major or Unreconciled Violations

Days/Hours Required: Monday-Friday; Saturdays depending upon the client’s availability.

Vehicle:  Vehicle Allowance Provided or Vehicle Provided

  • This position includes in-home solution-based sales and in-showroom sales.  It also involves outside sales and new business development (B2B) with other contractors.
  • We are actively involved with Residential & Commercial projects.
  • Project Communication/Management will also be involved.

 

 

 


FIELD POSITIONS

Certified Fireplace & Hearth Technician Apprentice

Position Type:  Full Time, Non-Exempt

Starting Compensation:  $33,280 – $37,440 Base Wage to Start, DOE.  Commission Opportunity begins when 1st Industry Certification is achieved.

Required Education:  College or Trade School is preferred.

Experience Required: You must have at least 1 year of construction experience, this may include: framing, roofing, brick and block work, or any type of remodeling.

Required License or Certification:  Valid Driver’s License w/No Major or Unreconciled Violations

Days/Hours Required: Monday-Friday 7 am Start – 3:30 pm (appx);  Saturdays as required.  Overtime as required.

  • Certified Fireplace and Hearth Technician Apprentice Candidates will have a desire to learn about our industry, enjoy working outdoors, and the opportunity to advance within our company.
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of basic construction or service trades experience, which could include framing, roofing, brick and block work, or any type of remodeling..  (Not DIY.)  CANDIDATES WITHOUT CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
  • During your apprenticeship, you will work in many positions within our company ranging from a service truck, an installation crew, or a masonry crew.
  • Advancement to Certified Technician will occur once certifications and training have been satisfactorily completed (which is totally dependent on how hard you study and how quickly you fully master the required skills).
  • The qualified applicant will train to quickly move into a position of running a Service and Installation truck for our company.
  • There will be home-study materials provided and the completion of those study materials will be required on a strict timeline.  Classroom and on-the-job field training will be required with CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep Certification and Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician Certification expected to be completed within 100 days of hire.  We have a robust in-house training program that assists you to achieve this goal.

Certified Fireplace / Chimney / Hearth Technician

Position Type:  Full Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation:  $37,440 – $41,600 Base Wage + Commission + Benefits Package. Commission Opportunity begins when 1st Industry Certification is achieved.

Required Education:  College or Trade School is preferred.

Experience Required: Hearth Industry or HVAC Service/Installation 1 Year Minimum  (Note: DIY not acceptable)

Required License or Certification: Current CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep and/or NFI Gas or Wood Specialist Certification.  If you have an HVAC Certificate or License, you are also eligible for this position.

Days/Hours Required: Monday-Friday 7 am Start – 3:30 pm (appx); Saturdays as required. Overtime as required.

  • If you are ALREADY currently certified within this industry (CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep or NFI Certified Specialist), you qualify for consideration.
  • This career position in the Hearth Industry involves the Service, Installation, and Repair of Fireplaces, Chimneys, Hearth Appliances & Hearth Accessories.  This position includes in-home solution-based sales.
  • If you have Hearth and/or HVAC experience working with gas control valves and troubleshooting, it will be very helpful and will likely be an advantage to you in the interview and selection process.
  • For a motivated person who has previous service work/installation/sales experience, is quick-to-learn, and can successfully apply and integrate what they’ve learned, they can fast-track into a full-time career position with benefits.
  • Sales Commissions are an integral part of our compensation package.
  • During training, you will work in many positions within our company ranging from a service truck, an installation crew, or a masonry crew.
  • Advancement to Fully Certified Technician will occur once certifications and training have been satisfactorily completed (which is totally dependent on how hard you study and how quickly you fully master the required skills).
  • The qualified applicant will train to move into a position of running a Service and Installation truck for our company.
  • There will be home-study materials provided and the completion of those study materials will be required on a strict timeline. Classroom and on-the-job field training will be required.
  • If not already nationally certified, CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep Certification and Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician Certification is expected to be completed within 100 days of hire.  We have a robust in-house training program that assists you to achieve this goal.

Fireplace / Chimney / Hearth Installer or Assistant

Position Type:  Full Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $33,280 – $41,600 DOE + Production Bonuses + Benefits Package.

Required Education:  College or Trade School is preferred.

Experience Required: Basic Construction, Hearth Industry, or HVAC Installation 1 year minimum  (Not DIY.)

Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License w/No Major or Unreconciled Violations

Days/Hours Required: Monday-Friday 7 am Start – 3:30 pm (appx); Overtime as required.

  • This career position in the Hearth Industry involves, but will not be limited to the Installation of Fireplaces, Chimneys, Hearth Appliances & Hearth Accessories.
  • There will be home-study materials provided and the completion of those study materials will be required on a strict timeline.  Classroom and on-the-job field training will be required with NFI Specialist Certification expected to be completed within 100 days of hire.  We have a robust in-house training program that assists you to achieve this goal.
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of basic construction or service trades experience, which could include framing, roofing, brickwork, remodeling, or other types of construction or service. (Not DIY.)
  • Assistants/Apprentices will be paired with Journeymen for varied jobs including assisting on masonry jobs, installations, repairs, etc.
  • For a motivated person who has previous service work/installation experience, is quick-to-learn, and can successfully apply and integrate what they’ve learned, they can turn this opportunity into a full-time career position with benefits.
  • If you have Hearth and/or HVAC experience working with gas control valves and troubleshooting, it will be very helpful and will likely be an advantage to you in the interview and selection process.

Experience Required: Hearth Industry or HVAC Service/Installation 1 Year Minimum  (Note: DIY not acceptable)

Required License or Certification: Current NFI Gas Certification or HVAC Certificate or License.

Days/Hours Required: Monday-Friday 7 am Start – 3:30 pm (appx); Saturdays as required. Overtime as required.

  • If you are ALREADY currently certified within this industry (CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep, NFI Certified Specialist. HVAC), you qualify for consideration.
  • This career position in the Hearth Industry involves the Service, Installation, and Repair of Fireplaces, Chimneys, Hearth Appliances & Hearth Accessories.  This position includes in-home solution-based sales.

Position Type:  Full Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $33,280 -$37,440 per year to Start, DOE, + Benefits Package.  Production Bonuses are available.

Required Education:  College or Trade School is preferred.

Experience Required: Construction, 1-year minimum  (Note: DIY not acceptable.)

Required License or Certification:  Valid Driver’s License w/No Major or Unreconciled Violations

Days/Hours Required: Monday-Friday 7 am Start – 3:30 pm (appx); Saturdays as required.  Overtime as required.

  • Mason’s Assistant Candidates will have a desire to learn about our industry, enjoy working outdoors, and the opportunity to advance within our company.
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of basic construction or service trades experience, which could include framing, roofing, brickwork, remodeling, or other types of construction or service.  (Not DIY.)  CANDIDATES WITHOUT CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
  • During training, you will work in many positions within our company ranging from a masonry crew, an installation crew, or a service truck assistant.
  • Advancement opportunities to Certified Technician will occur once certifications and training have been satisfactorily completed (which is totally dependent on how hard you study and how quickly you fully master the required skills).
  • There will be home-study materials provided and the completion of those study materials will be required on a strict timeline.

Brick & Stone Mason / Installer

Position Type:  Full Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation:  $37,440 -$41,600 per year to Start , DOE (with Level 3 Journeymen above $50,000) + Benefits Package.  Production Bonuses are available.

Required Education: College or Trade School is preferred.

Experience Required: Journeyman Level Brick and Stone Mason, 1-year minimum  (Note: DIY not acceptable.)

Required License or Certification:  Valid Driver’s License w/No Major or Unreconciled Violations

Days/Hours Required: Monday-Friday 7 am Start – 3:30 pm (appx); Saturdays as required.  Overtime as required.

  • Mason Candidates will have a desire to learn about our industry, enjoy working outdoors, and the opportunity to advance within our company.
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in Masonry and/or have previous installation experience.
  • This position includes brick and masonry work and performing installations of hearth appliances as well as general construction work.
  • Advancement opportunities to Certified Technician will occur once certifications and training have been satisfactorily completed (which is totally dependent on how hard you study and how quickly you fully master the required skills).
  • There will be home-study materials provided and the completion of those study materials will be required on a strict timeline.
